✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 每一次食肉醬意粉都會諗起⋯我細個成日話要食意粉,食到我阿媽嫌我煩🥲 於是佢煮咗好大煲肉醬意粉,我足足食咗一個禮拜,自此我就有20年冇再食過意粉了🥲 分享完畢🥲 材料: * 免治牛肉 200g * 免治豬肉 250g * 甘筍 1/2條 * 西芹 1支 * 洋蔥 1/2個 * 茄膏 3湯匙 * 罐頭蕃茄 400g * 蒜蓉 1湯匙 * 牛油 20g * 意粉 隨意 * 月桂葉 4片 * 雞湯 200mL 做法: 1. 西芹先去筋,然後甘筍、西芹、洋蔥切碎;意粉按包裝指示煮熟待用 2. 燒熱一湯匙油,炒免治豬肉、牛肉至乾身,取出待用 3. 不用洗鍋,加入牛油、蒜蓉、洋蔥,炒至香味釋出,加入甘筍,西芹炒勻,加入罐頭蕃茄、茄膏炒勻 4. 加鹽、黑椒調味,加入雞湯、月桂葉,小火煮一至兩小時,加到意粉上,完成 。 Ingredients: * Minced beef - 200g * Minced pork - 250g * Carrot - 1/2 * Celery - 1 stalk * Onion - 1/2 * Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons * Canned tomatoes - 400g * Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon * Butter - 20g * Pasta - to taste * Bay leaves - 4 * Chicken broth - 200mL Method: 1. Remove the strings from the celery, then dice the carrot, celery, and onion. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the minced pork and beef until dry, then set aside. 3. Without washing the pan, add the butter, minced garlic, and onion, and sauté until fragrant. Add the carrot and celery and stir well. Add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste, and stir well. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken broth and bay leaves, and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over the cooked pasta.
